For some reason there is a movement out there of people that are opposed to tax cuts. I believe they make up a small minority, but they tend us up a lot of air time with their ignorant ideas. They believe that the rich need to pay their fair share, however that is determined. I think they lack a basic understanding of economics.

Do Tax Cuts Benefit The Rich?

Yes of course, but we're talking about people that own businesses and create jobs here. When rich people are allowed to have more of their money, they use it to make more money. The process of making more money, means they have to invest it. This process of investing, creates news jobs. We'll have the next revolutionary product out there and it will be financed by such a person. It will grow and create jobs. It will be sold to the consumers and raise their standard of living. I think that is a significant benefit to everyone in society.

Don't tax cuts for the rich hurt the middle class?

Absolutely not. I'm not sure where these myths come from, but I suspect it comes from this idea that there is only so much wealth that exists and the rich will have more of it. It's completely untrue. The middle class has a great benefit. The first is that they have access to all these new exciting products. These products are bought for one reason and one reason only, to improve their standard of living. It could be a product that makes them happy, it could be a product that makes life easier. The point is that it improves their standard of living. The next reason is that these new jobs are available to them. Not to mention existing businesses are left with profit themselves, so they can pay more to their employees. Lastly, the middle class pay less tax as well. Anytime you finish off a month and you have more money to spend than you did the previous month, you're doing better. This means you have extra money to buy something or save to improve your standard of living.

I think it is an undisputed fact that tax cuts are in the best interest of everyone. The only people that disagree with tax cuts are usually ignorant people that don't understand basic economics. I also feel that they don't speak for the vast majority of people that hate to see a huge chunk of their pay check disappear to the government.

Its a seed that grows into a tree, then that tree spurrs more seeds. (I apologize for the metaphor, but how else can we put this so you understand the nature of the reality as it is)

2) When you approach your 1 million dollar goal, you are biting off much much more then you can chew thinking about that million.

To make money fast and easy always think small. Refine, refine, refine. Then duplicate, duplicate, duplicate. Are you with me? Is this making sense? Make a simple little mouse trap, then make lots of mouse traps exactly the same way.

3) Find demand and supply into that demand.

To make money fast and easy, even before you think about "what" you will do, you are going to research demand. You will become an expert at sniffing out needs. This skill is a millionaires bow and arrow. Let me tell you, most millionaires couldn't hit the side of a barn much less the bulls eye. But they DO know this. So their aim is not important. What is important is that the target is nice and gigantic. How can they miss?

Trust me, its what millionaires do, its how millionaires think. Always supply into Fat juicy demand where the picking is easy. Do you want medals of bravery or a million bucks asap?

4) Have a structure you never deviate from.

They always failed to plan when they planned to fail. Once your research is done never deviate from it. Give it a good run but if it doesn't work out for you then move on without shedding a single tear. Chance and "chaos theory" are fascinating things. Probability is what millionaires deal with. They never delude themselves into believing in absolutes.

To make money fast and easy, you will not work backwards or second guess yourself. Plant yourself firmly in the middle of the road on the high side and go forward. Don't make it up as you go. Stick to what your demand planning told you to do. Many give up after 1 failure, but probability is a funny thing. We think we can control it, but even when all your ducks are lined up in a row, it may not work. But give it a chance and let it prove itself and you may find over a number of attempts you will get the results you expected.

5) Diversify AND Go deep.

They call out diversify when it comes to investing. Fair enough. Things change and relying on just one source for your income stream is dangerous. And it is. But there are two sides to every coin.

The pareto principle states that reality and probability are stacked unevenly. We as rational human beings think of everything as equal and even. However scientific evidence and business experience tells a different story. The pareto principle is also known as the 80/20 rule. It states that 80% of your results comes from 20% of your activities. Is this significant if true? You bet. It means that of every effort you make, of all the many things you do to manufacture your results, only 20% actually is responsible for a large proportion (in fact 80%) of them.

So what does this mean in English? It means you can easily quadruple your results by finding out what that special 20% activity is and stop doing everything else. By focusing on just that 20% activity you will not only increase results, but you will create a new pareto principle refined of the old one at a higher level. In this way you move forward and evolve your activities to higher and higher levels.

Working as a contractor can be difficult enough while worrying about things such as profit and loss, being paid on time and beating targets. However, there is also a legal risk to any firm which works on a consultancy or contractual basis; in that they are open to legal action should they make a mistake which results in a client losing money. Some simple insurance policies can help take away some of this risk, and can provide peace of mind should a firm ever face a legal claim. Contractors insurance also need not be overly complicated, and can also be good value.

Many contractors choose professional indemnity insurance, which is a type of cover designed to kick in if a firm ever faces a legal claim following a mistake, omission, or act of negligence. If a building contractor is hired by a larger company to complete the building job, which then turns out to be inadequate and even unsafe due to an error, the company may lose money and seek to recover their costs from the contractor.

A professional indemnity policy would cover the legal costs of defending the claim. It does not normally matter whether or not the claim itself is invalid or successful and will protect a claim not just against legal bills from a solicitor for their services, but also for any compensation which may be awarded to a successful claimant.

As with other types of cover, an excess will apply, meaning the policy holder will have to pick up an initial fee before the insurance kicks in. This can be a few hundred pounds up to thousands, and is agreed at the start of a policy.

Different levels of cover are also available as some contractors will need a greater amount of protection than others. For example, a firm dealing with large multinational clients and working on large projects may want protection for legal bills to a much higher amount than someone working on a small scale with a small number of employees.

Indemnity insurers also normally include protection should a contractor be sued for breach of copyright or confidence, or even if an employee behaves dishonestly, resulting in a legal claim, i.e. should the employee steal from a client.

Public liability insurance is also a possible part of a contractor's insurance policy, and is different to indemnity. It will help protect a firm if they face a legal claim from a member of the public who has suffered an injury or illness, or even an action which results from a death, which occurs as a result of the company's work.

Again public liability will help pay for the cost of defending such a case and will even cover any compensation awarded in the event of a successful claim, again up to certain limits.

Contractors insurance can therefore include protection from some common legal pitfalls and guards against some of the more unexpected events as opposed to things like fire or theft. A legal wrangle can potentially be even more stressful and financially damaging so many companies see the right protection as essential.

Choosing the Right Commercial Flagpole

Standard commercial flagpoles range from thirty to sixty feet and are usually made of a single piece of aluminum or steel tubing.

If you decline to learn how to ride a bike do not expect to be able to cycle. So do not be one of these people who sits back and shouts that life is not kind to them, stand up and force life to consider you as a potential success.

Whether or not you are helped by the Universe in reaching your goals, a lot of your assistance will come from within. The dogged determination to let nothing stand in your way will break as many barriers and obstacles as any law can. If the law does exist, then combining your own positive attitude with the universes help will make you unstoppable.

First of all let me say that every business owner out there feels down in the dumps at times. So do not think for a second that you are the only one because you are not. What an Olympic Champion Taught Me

Several years ago, I was training at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. During my early morning work-out I noticed this guy squat-walking around the track with a tire full of sand or something around his neck. It was obviously very heavy.

Can You Squat-Walk?

I did not know who the guy was or what he did as an athlete. Finally, one day at lunch I happened to be sitting across the table from him. I introduced myself. His name was Eric. I said, "I see you doing the squat-walking every morning. That's incredible. What sport do you do?" And he said, "I'm a skater, you know, a speed skater." Eric seemed to be a very unassuming person.

The Conversation That Changed My Life

We were both young guys in our early 20s. We met a few more times at lunch and one day I asked him, "How're the Winter Olympics going to be looking for you?" And he said, "I'm doing well. My training is going well." I asked, "How are you going to do?" And he said, without a trace of ego or arrogance, "I think I'm going to win five gold medals." And I'm thinking, "5 gold medals! He's a crazy man!"

So I Asked ---

So I followed up by asking why he thought he would win five gold medals. His answer changed my life. It was:

"Because I train harder than anyone else in the world."

I look at his answer as giving himself a rational reason for the irrational belief that he could win five gold medals. Therefore, as long as he continued training harder, he'd be giving himself permission to believe he could win.

I also asked him about his competition in the various events. He told me something else that rocked me. He said:

"The competition is with myself."

Eric only competed with himself. With his goals. With his physical capacity. The "competition" did not exist in his world.

For those of us who are old enough to know, Eric Heiden went out and he did win five Olympic Gold Medals in the 1980 Winter Olympics and while doing this he set Olympic and world records.

Success - How to Eliminate Self Sabotaging Habits Forever

Unconscious patterns of self sabotage are often seen as significant impediments to one's success.

Why do they happen and how can they be forever released?

Well in short there are a number of reasons for their existence such as:

1. I don't deserve to be successful.

2. I'm afraid of success.

3. I'm afraid I might fail.

4. Fear of making mistakes.

5. Fear of taking full responsibility for one's decisons and actions.

6. Fear that success will change me as a person.

7. Fear that success will cause others to take advantage of me.

And so on.

All of the above beliefs and feelings are pre-programmed into you from early childhood experiences in your family, or through interactions with others whose confidence you choose to accept. This programming is held deep inside of you and lurks there waiting to be called upon whenever you get too close to success.

In other words it is often two steps ahead of you and waiting to head you off at the pass.

What can you do about these programs? Well first it is important to recognize that they are there, that they are unconscious, that they must be made conscious and that by doing so the opportunity to flush them out once and for all exists.

The fact that they cannot be eliminated if you are not consciously aware of them is very important.

Now all such negative programming is sourced from negative memories that feed and anchor them into your being. These negative memories, by definition, have associated with them painful negative emotions which you have chosen to suppress from conscious awareness. They have been suppressed because you have been afraid of re-experiencing these painful feelings.

So what is being said here is that in order to release the negative programming one must first release the fear of feeling the painful feelings associated with them. Here I will take you through this first crucial step in your journey to success.

So we'll begin with the fear of feeling and enduring painful feelings from the past (i.e. things such as sadness, shame, embarrassment, grief, guilt, anger, etc.)

What is the benefit to you of having this fear living inside you?

Well one might say that the fear allows me to supress these painful feelings out of conscious awareness so that,

I won't have to feel them, so that,

I can achieve a sense of relief, inner peace, a sense of calm, safety, security, so that,

I can function effectively in my daily life and achieve success, happiness and fulfillment.

So in summary one has that:

The fear of feeling and enduring painful feelings from the past causes one to feel a sense of relief, inner peace, a sense of calm, safety, security, achieve success, happiness and fulfillment. I call this the Summary Statement.

Now lets look at the other side of the equation, so to speak.

Allow yourself to reconnect with the fear of feeling or enduring painful feelings from the past.

This can be done by allowing yourself to begin to remember some past painful event and then noticing the fear that ensues as a result of attempting to do that.

As you focus primarily on the feelings of fear notice what these feeings are doing to you.

You may notice, if you are astute enough, that the fear has a paralyzing effect, makes you feel numb or confused, makes you indecisive, leads to feelings of anxiety, physical tension, feeling overwhelmed, weighed down, helpless, hopeless, feelings of dread, depletion of energy and motivation and so on.

So is this fear toxic to you? Absolutely yes!

Does this however correspond to the Summary Statement above?

Well if you assess these closely you'll see that they are complete opposites and hence cannot be simultaneously true. So which is the truth?

Clearly the latter so that makes the summary statement false. If you see this and hence would like to have that false Summary Statement cleared from your life simply assert this to yourself as if speaking from your heart.

Next, recognizing that the fear of feeling one's feelings is toxic you may also wish to release this fear by asserting from your heart that this fear also be purged from your life.

Finally, contemplate how you would rather be feeling and experiencing yourself and your life and if this new state is desirable to you also assert this from your heart and then notice how you feel.

You may, if you've followed this closely, be feeling more energized, buoyant, self confident, alive, present, centered and more like your true authentic self at this point.

How to write articles strategy #1: Brainstorm.

Every good writer brainstorms on a topic before writing to do otherwise is lazy and you'll end up writing sloppy articles that nobody will read. Sit down at a comfortable spot in your home and take about 15-30 minutes to think of topics that you think your audience would be interested in knowing more about.

How to write articles strategy #2: Research.

Next, you're going to research the topic you just brainstormed. If your writing search engine optimized articles go over to Google's keyword tool type in the keyword. Your looking to see if your keyword gets any searches. Only write articles that get at least two hundred searches or more each month.

A quick tip for writing SEO articles: Place the keyword in the article title preferably within the first three words. For example, if my keyword was "network marketing success" my headline would be "Network Marketing Success." And place the keyword at least once in each paragraph.

How to write articles strategy #3: Gather Tips.

If the topic your wanting to write about gets two hundred or more searches per month then your ready for the next strategy, which is to gather tips for the article.

Designing and creating a good squeeze page (a.k.a landing page) is essential for internet marketers who want to make real money. But how do you make a good squeeze page? Here's how:

1. Make your purpose crystal clear
A good squeeze page focused on ONE purpose - getting the visitor to buy or subscribe to a newsletter. All other features of a good squeeze page are geared to increase the likelihood of the visitor to convert.

2. Use one page for one set of related keywords.
When you're targeting multiple types of audience you *must* make different squeeze page for each one. People who visit your page come with various intentions and mindsets. By customizing and fine tuning your squeeze page for each type you can state the exact benefits of you offer for each type.

Owning a weak handshake: A weak handshake signals uncertainty, hesitation, a lack of integrity, a lack of confidence and a lack of courage. A reasonable period of eye contact is between 4 and 7 seconds at a time, per person, especially when you are talking to them.

Playing with your hands: Wringing your hands, or playing 'fig leaf' is a sure way of conveying insecurity about yourself or your message. And recently I was reminded by my Toastmasters club colleagues of a habit of mine that I need to breaktwisting my wedding ring around my finger when I present. My colleagues found themselves focusing more on my ring-twiddling than my message.

Speaking too softly: A habit that is a sure sign in the eyes of others, that you are not confident about yourself, your message or your authority to deliver it. You come across as near-invisible, weak and insubstantial, as well as make yourself difficult to be heard by those who are hard of hearing. And as I get older, my hearing is definately getting worsea legacy of spending years in front of PA stacks as a lighting manager for rock bands.

Using qualifying words: This is quite possibly one of the worst habits anyone could have. How to Quickly Balance Your World

I remember a dark time when I tried to balance everything in my life and failed miserably. I was like a new circus ringmaster on opening day trying to shape and juggle my roles as a mother, wife and business owner. The stress and fears were lions eating me alive.

How could I balance everything? It seemed impossible. I resorted to researching how others did it by voraciously reading self-help books which screamed at me "my way is best." Instead of finding direction, I became even more frustrated because their advice was conflicting. My life suddenly seemed even more chaotic. I was now angry with myself for not being able to follow what these best-selling authors told me to do. I was also livid, because here I was trying to live "the balanced life" helping others through workshops I gave to companies on effective communication, and I was spiraling downhill. My body began reflecting back to me what I was going through. Gaining weight...dropping weight...then ballooning bigger than ever before.

One day during a meditation I remembered an anonymous quote I once read. "A balancing act is different from living in balance." This struck me. Living in balance is divine order, which is our natural state. In order to live a balanced life I needed to align myself with divine order which is always in balanced. Here is one thing I learned from my meditations on balance which worked for me and I know will help you too:

RECOGNIZE DIVINE ORDER

The way to live a balanced life is to start from the inside out. Recognize you are a spiritual being living in a perfectly balanced universe which is always under divine order. When I look at any chaos in the world, it can all be attributed to man. So with that in mind, I realized I only need to align myself with the divine order which is already operating in my world. The way I could do that was thinking not of chaos in my life, but of everything around me which was balanced.

I began contemplating the seasons, the stars, and the solar system, all operating in divine order and balance. I thought of flowers blooming in springtime. I thought of babies being born and how their tiny bodies would grow. Then my thoughts went deep inside of me. I marveled at the synchronicity of my own body functioning in perfect order. My blood circulates, the cells dividing and multiplying with precision. My organs, heart, liver, kidneys and lungs all synchronize in perfect harmony with one another. I thought of how my muscles contract and relax to help me rise out of the bed in the morning so that I could simply walk across the room. What a miracle. What perfect balance right inside of me. When I take a few moments to stop whatever I am doing to simply take deep breaths, I align myself quickly with the natural balance of life.

We spend too much time thinking of what is wrong with our lives, and what is not work. Is it any wonder we are attracting more of the same? Take a few minutes out of the day to time to think of harmony, beauty, peace and what is working in your life to find your perfect balance and inner peace.

For the homeowner, nearly nothing is as bad of a problem as is undertaking a foundation repair project. Foundation repair is costly. It is time consuming and it is messy work. More often than not, foundation repairs could have been mitigated if proper gutter maintenance was used. This is especially true during the winter months. Here is why it is important to maintain your gutters in winter.

When snow falls and lands on the roof, it accumulates. Depending on the area you live in, there up to a foot of snow, or more, can end up accumulating before temperatures climb above freezing. That roof snow acts as a huge reservoir of water. In addition, snow accumulates inside the gutters. When the weather gets above freezing the snow quickly converts into ice and water. That water needs a quick route of exit. If your gutters have not been cleaned or maintained or if an ice dam has been created, the water is going to flow over it and onto the ground surrounding the house. The ground around your house is already going to be saturated. Adding more water so near the foundation is inevitably going to create seepage. This seepage is what is, ultimately, going to wreck your foundation.

Finally, make sure there is an adequate ground slope away from the residence. If there isn't, you will have a much higher risk of pooling and, ultimately basement infiltration.
